TCT ASIA 2026 will be held from March 17 to 19 at the National Exhibition and Convention Center (Shanghai).

From personal creative expression to industrial manufacturing applications, 3D printing is gradually integrating into many aspects of production and daily life. As a fundamental element of 3D printing, materials continue to drive both intelligent manufacturing and creative innovation. From March 17–19, visit the eSUN booth (Hall 8.1, Booth 8E72) to explore a comprehensive 3D printing materials experience.

Flexible and Elastic Material Portfolio

To meet diverse flexible and elastic application needs, eSUN has developed a comprehensive portfolio of flexible materials, including both filaments and resins, covering a wide range of hardness and rebound performance requirements. The product lineup includes the TPU series, PEBA series, elastic resin series, and more.

From high resilience to wear and fatigue resistance, and from consumer creativity to professional functional applications, these diverse flexible materials provide more possibilities for footwear, sports equipment, and industrial cushioning structures.

PETG Filament Series

PETG offers excellent printability, good strength, strong chemical resistance, and water resistance, making it the second most widely used general-purpose filament after PLA. At this exhibition, eSUN will highlight its PETG material lineup, covering entry-level, aesthetic, and engineering-grade categories to meet diverse user needs. Visit the eSUN booth to explore the versatile possibilities of PETG materials.

ABS+ Newly Upgraded

In 2025, eSUN achieved performance optimization for ABS materials with lower warping and higher strength. This technological breakthrough will further reduce the printing threshold for ABS materials, promote their wider adoption in desktop 3D printing, and provide a more stable and reliable material option for functional part manufacturing.

With this new formulation, ABS+ achieves comprehensive improvements in both printability and mechanical performance. When printed in an enclosed chamber, it delivers virtually zero warping and excellent printing stability. It also features high interlayer strength, good toughness, and strong rigidity. According to testing, the Z-axis tensile strength of the new ABS+ formulation can reach 33 MPa. In addition, it offers good heat resistance, with a heat deflection temperature of approximately 89°C for printed parts.

iSUN3D Single-Component Multi-Curing Flexible 3D Printing Solution

On December 26, 2025, the iSUN3D Flexible Manufacturing Printing Demonstration Center was officially launched in Wuhan. The iSUN3D single-component multi-curing flexible 3D printing solution, centered on the FlexOne series elastic resins, delivers systematic improvements in ease of use, cost control, and finished product performance. It provides a more mature and stable material and process foundation for the large-scale production of flexible products, meeting the diverse needs of designers, small studios, and brand manufacturers. Typical applications include 3D printed footwear, functional sports equipment, humanoid robot components, soft accessories for consumer electronics, and innovative product prototyping.
