The surface of the cloth has a textured feel when you touch it, and compared to the typical mousepads you will find in the market, this feels different. The borders of the mousepad are stitched edges and have a little bit of a slope to prevent the mouse from fraying from a long time of usage.

User Experience

Coming from a normal mousepad that you can easily get in the market. There is much difference in the feel, or you can say touch, for the MM PRO Control mousepad.

It gives me more control glide, especially using an ultralightweight mouse like the Sabre V2 Pro. Also, a little bit of extra comfort thanks to its 4mm thickness.

The sad thing to note is that the mousepad is only available in medium and large (which is what I got). A larger option like that covers the whole peripheral area would be desirable.

Now, let’s go back for casual gamers. What will hold them back in getting this mouse is the pricing. If you know Corsair, they have premium prices for everything they sell. So, possibly they will opt-out of other mousepads that fit their budget.

Also, if you are into speed rather than precise and smooth glide, then this mousepad is not for you, as it will make your mouse movements slower than what you are used to. If you are into speed, you might like the newest Corsair MM Glass mousepad.
