Based on the leak information, AMD is starting to develop a budget-friendly X3D gaming CPU, the AMD Ryzen 5 9600X3D, based on its Zen 5 architecture. This CPU will have six cores and a 64MB stack of 3D V-cache.

Tech leaker Hoang Anh Phu suggests that the eight-core Ryzen 7 9800X3D will launch in early November, despite earlier rumors of a late October release. He indicates that the Ryzen 5 was planned alongside the R7 and R9 models, signaling a potential shift in AMD’s X3D strategy.

The Ryzen 7 is more popular due to its lower cost and full core access to the 3D V-cache, while other models have limited core benefits, affecting performance.
