EK claims this is being done to make things better—by increasing product availability, making it easier to honor warranties, and providing better customer service. EK is framing this as a positive, explaining that customers will continue to be able to view their order history and that support will simply be handled in a better, more streamlined fashion. They further claim that this will open the door to new ideas and allow them to expand their lineup of next-generation cooling solutions. The Big Question: What’s Going On?
