Tier One Entertainment, one of the Philippines’ biggest names in talent management and gaming entertainment, is currently facing some issues and backlashes.

Several big talents under Tier One have started posting on social media over the past few days, hinting at issues that involve delayed payments from gigs or projects. While the details were vague, the consistent posts from the big talents have painted a worrying picture that something deeper is happening behind the scenes.

According to reliable sources, some employees, including those considered big names within the company, have already decided to leave. Reports suggest that internal disagreements and backlashes may have led to the fallout. Meanwhile, a few remaining staff members are still trying to keep operations running, especially for smaller talents, though some are said to be contemplating whether they will stay or move on as well.

Followers and subscribers of these big talents have also taken notice and have taken action by flooding the company’s recent post with comments asking “San na ang sahod ni amaratv?” and “San na ang sahod ni Sachi?” and many more. Showing that they are staying behind with their favorite content creators and the frustration with Tier One.

As of now, Tier One didn’t release any official statement to address the related issues. But with more of the big talents posting about the problem, the community is watching it closely in the hopes their favorite creators will get what they are due.
