A New Era for Online PC Shopping
Bermor Techzone, better known as BTZ, has grown from a simple computer store into one of the most active online PC retailers in the Philippines. Over the past year, the company has been reworking how its online platform operates. Aiming for faster fulfillment, clearer inventory updates, and a more reliable tracking system for customers nationwide.

How BTZ Works and What Makes It Different
BTZ operates with an online-first model designed to reach PC enthusiasts across Luzon, Visayas, and Mindanao. Instead of relying solely on branch stocks, the company now uses a centralized warehouse dedicated to online orders.

This setup helps streamline order processing, reduce stock conflicts across branches, and make it easier for buyers to see which products are ready to ship. It’s a structure that positions BTZ closer to large-scale e-commerce systems while keeping the focus on genuine, brand-new PC components and gaming systems.

Product Availability Made Simpler
One of BTZ’s biggest improvements is clarifying product availability labels on its website. Each tag gives customers a better idea of how soon they can expect their order to ship:

On Stock at Online Warehouse – The item is ready to process and can be shipped out faster once payment is confirmed.

Inquire First – Stocks may come from a branch or shared inventory, so availability should be confirmed before ordering.

Out of Stock – Temporarily unavailable, but buyers can subscribe for restock alerts.

In addition, BTZ now uses delivery badges like “⚡ 24HRS Delivery” and “Laptop 72HRS” to help customers estimate how quickly an item can reach them, depending on their location.

Tracking and Logistics: What You Should Know
BTZ’s new logistics system also explains what each order status means on your dashboard. Some customers might see their tracking number marked as “not found” for a few hours after dispatch. This usually means the parcel hasn’t been scanned yet by the courier’s main hub.

Tracking numbers go live once shipments are officially handed over to courier partners like LBC Express. Depending on volume, it can take a few hours to a full day before updates appear online. This system is meant to prevent confusion and keep buyers informed even before the courier scan goes public.

Five Major Upgrades for 2025
To further improve the customer experience, BTZ is rolling out several major upgrades this 2025:

24-Hour Delivery for select in-stock items in NCR and Luzon when ordered before 2 PM.

Central Online Warehouse exclusively for online orders, separate from branch inventory.

Faster Order Visibility – Orders now appear in dashboards within 1–3 hours after checkout.

Two-Year Technical Support Guarantee for every purchase.

Smarter Inventory Updates – A more accurate stock-tracking system to reduce availability errors.

These changes show BTZ’s focus on nationwide reliability, especially for customers in Visayas and Mindanao who often face longer delivery times.

While logistics in the Philippines can still present challenges, BTZ’s recent improvements are steps in the right direction. A dedicated warehouse, improved delivery tracking, and faster order visibility all point to a more transparent and dependable online PC shopping experience.

For Filipino gamers and PC builders, these upgrades make BTZ a more trustworthy option for ordering genuine parts and custom builds, without the usual guesswork or uncertainty.
