After getting it out from the plastic. You will find a large gaming floormat with their large Cougar Logo at the center. I was surprised that Cougar didn’t stick to their signature color scheme the Black and Orange to this gaming floormat.

The surface of the floormat as I touched it is different from usual floormats you will find in your local department stores specifically the Home and Furniture Section. The surface is more like a textile.

Underneath, you will find the rubber base that will stop the gaming floormat from moving. The floormat is only 4mm/0.16in thick that is why it’s good to have a rubber base to make it more robust.

After months of using the gaming floormat, this is what it looks like, full of dust and fur from our pet dogs. The fabric of the floormat is not good when you have pets because the pet furs will stick to the fabric.

Cleaning

Brushing alone won’t help you clean the mat nor using a vacuum. The most appropriate thing to do is by hand washing and drying it naturally. This will help the longevity of the gaming floormat.

This product is built to solve the common problems; The possibility of scratching your floor while using your gaming chair and The noise gaming chairs make when you try to move it.

For the first problem, it is relevant to me while using my Cougar Armor One Gaming Chair. Scratches are found on my floor tiles while sitting and moving around. But with the gaming floormat, it helps mitigate the scratches.

For the last problem, it is good when you move your chair there will be less to no noise because it can disturb the people around you in the office or at the comforts of your home. Because of the mat, I can slide my chair in silence.
